1.First, you have to have ALL of the cheat codes activated. There are 23 cheat codes but 24 blanks
 on the cheat menu. That is where there the 24th hidden cheat goes. 2.Good luck getting the Silver
 PP7, 2x RC-P90s and Invincibility. It took me a little over 2 weeks to get them. 3.You have to 
have the 007 Level Editor Mode opened up. To get it beat every level, including Aztec & Egyptian,
 on 00 Agent. 4.Go to the Aztec. Put difficulty on 007. 5.This is the important part. You MUST
 set these atributes EXACTLY.
Enemy Damage: 100%(get hit once, your dead)
Enemy Health 200%
Enemy Accuracy 100% (this means if you get hit once you dead)
Enemy Reaction 100%
6.You MUST beat the Aztec in under 9:00. This is EXTREMELY HARD to do. Getting out of the first 
room is HARD enough. If you get hit ONCE during the whole level, you will DIE. You must trap Jaws
 in a way so he can't hit you. Fire mainly at his head. He will die faster. 7.If you manage to get
 this(it took me a little over a month) go into the Cheat Options menu. In that blank spot lies,
 the 24th cheat code. I'll bet your'e wondering what it is. Well, now is the time to reveal it.

All Bonds (MULTI) 8.Turn this cheat on, and go into multiplayer. Go all of the way to the end of 
the character list. You must go past all of the question mark characters. Let alone there will be 
4 more characters:
Connery
Moore
Dalton
Lasenby 

This cheat worked for the guy that posted this on the internet, but probably wont work for you...
So don't spend months trying to get it to work, because chances are, it wont.
